B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering Technology is a 3-year undergraduate course in the catering industry which is a multifaceted segment of the food service industry. There is a niche for all types of catering businesses within the segment of catering.

Hotel management refers to professional management techniques used in the hospitality sector. These can include hotel administration, accounts, marketing, housekeeping, front office or front of house, food and beverage management, catering and maintenance. The course is also offered on part-time basis at certain Indian institutes.

Geography & Travel Mgmt (B.sc)
